The office is open Monday, Tuesday and Thursday from 10:00 am until 5:00 pm.  The phone is answered by an answering service when the office is closed.  At the office, you will be greeted by Beverly or Shelley.  Delores will be happy to answer any questions you might have regarding billing or insurance.  Our Office Nurse, Vern, will help you with any medical, procedure or prep questions.

Take Exit 93 (US-23/Dixie Highway) and proceed south (towards Waterford) approximately 2 miles to 6770 Dixie Highway.  Office will be on the left side of the road.
